An 18-month, mentored route from graduate to hotel leadership — four rotations across departments, real responsibility from month one, and a clear path to General Manager.
What you'll do
- Rotate through front office, food & beverage, revenue and guest experience.
- Lead a small team from early in the programme, with a mentor beside you.
- Own a real improvement project in each rotation.
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate, any discipline — hospitality curiosity over hospitality CV.
- Right to work in India.
